Silicon Valley Open Mic is an all-volunteer, non-corporate, self-funded group that exists to promote live amateur music and poetry readings in Northern California. There is a huge pool of talented people in the Bay Area, and we try to find places for amateurs to perform in public.

It would be great to have more venues around the Bay Area provide space for budding artists. If you have (or know about) a coffee shop, restaurant, club, or community space and are potentially interested in hosting an open mic night, please use our contact form to let us know. We can at least help get the word out and add your information to our site.
